Sam Houston Electric Coop is determined to run a 138 kv transmission line down FM 980 exposing hundreds of residents to a dangerous electromagnetic field (EMF).  They claim there is no evidence that EMF is dangerous.  What if they were plastering your neighborhood with asbestos and lead paint?  They too were thought to be safe when being promoted as the best thing since ice cream.  Now we know different!
